Is the RFI open for Nigerian companies only or if international EHR Vendors are allowed to apply as well?

If it is targeted only on national companies, can international vendors form a partnership with a Nigerian implementation partner to be eligible for this RFI?

Surgical Data - Where is the surgery data inquiry indicated in the Functional and Non-functional sheet?

DO-6 What are the privacy and security guidelines established by the Ministry of Health?

Within the Vendor questionnaire, there is a large amount of overlap between the requirements laid out in the functional and non-functional requirement tabs. We just wanted to make sure we have the correct sheets?

Will the vendor be required to purchase devices?

On the Delivery capabilities sheet, DO-3, could you please clarify the term “time frame”? Are you referring to the frequency of new updates and releases?

Is there an established price ceiling/budget for the CAPEX, OPEX, and Others?

Statutory requirements: Are there any specific documents or supplementary materials listed in the vendor questionnaire (e.g., CAC certifications, affidavit, reference letter from the bank etc.) that should be included alongside the RFI?
